Order Description
The final assignment is a 2500 word PERSONAL REFLECTION paper which demonstrates your theoretical understanding of team development and group roles and processes, and reflects upon your experience of working collaboratively on the development of the group project.
In your paper, you should explore such aspects as the team roles adopted by you and your fellow group members? how each participant\’s input was treated within the group? how divergent opinions were handled? how the group communicated? the actions and strategies adopted to overcome problems and achieve tasks? and whether the team interactions changed during the process.
My own personal experience is the main focus, but you need to support your musings/exploration with links to theoretical content. So, for example, if you are writing about how you were the one in the team who pulled everything together at the end and checked all the reference, you might relate this back to Belbin\’s \’Completer Finisher\’ team role (theory) and also explain why you took this role, for example, playing to your strengths/past experience (reflection). And please please don\’t avoid \’I\’ – it is impossible to write a reflective piece without using the first person. This is not a standard postgrad piece!
