This is a 3-4 minites commemorative speech which the main purpose is to UPLIFTS THE AUDIENCE WITH POSITIVE WORDS, descriptive words. (So the outline should be about 3 pages including the 2 published sources.
What you have to do are:
Write an outline for a commemorative speech to honor \”PROJECT OPEN HANDS\” non profit organization.(REMEMBER: not a speech to honor a person but to honor an organization)
