Write an official letter to the hospital authority for an up to date confirmation of what happen and why an operation was carried out (no reference is needed).
Please read the story of the scenario below:
My name is Kate Chuk, formally living in 57 Tudor Street in Hull. In 2010, l was three months pregnant and had a blood drop coming out from my body. I went to the hospital hoping that they will help medically to stop the blood to avoid miscarriage.
After all the waiting, I was taken in for an x-tray which they later gave wrong diagnoses. They concluded that the baby was in one of my fallopian tubes and took me in for an operation but at the end of the operation l was told that the baby was in the womb not in the fallopian tube. Meaning that, I had surgery for a wrong reason and also the loss.
Though, it has been a long time but will like to know what happen to the baby (please ask for the state of the baby during the scan, or did the baby died in the process of the operation) and if they can also tell me why the wrong diagnoses.
