Write an essay on globalization.

The essay is for the class: Globalization( Business history class). maximum length 1250, not counting footnote. (there is not quantity requirement for footnote, use as many as you need).
PS: English is my second language, and my teacher knew it. so please don’t use too many fancy or complicated words for this essay.
