An Introduction clearly stating the research topic and establishing the relevance of the research. Organisation of the paper should be clearly specified.
A Literature Review (body) whose structure is apparent and appropriate for the material. Transitions should be clearly indicated. There should be demonstrated mastery of important concepts and findings, covered in sufficient detail.
A clear statement of the Research Question, motivated by the literature review. Key terms should be clearly defined.
Methodology should be clear and appropriate for the research question. Participants, data collection method and analysis should be given.
Use of proper APA format.
English expression should be of a high standard.

Introduction: statement of the research topic. Establishing the relevance of research. Organisation of the paper specified: 15%

Literature review (body): Structure is apparent and appropriate for the material; transitions are clearly indicated: 15%

Literature review (content): Mastery of concepts and findings, covered in sufficient detail: 30%

Research question: Motivated by the literature review; key terms clearly defined: 10%

Methodology: Appropriate for the research question. Explained clearly. Participants, data collection method and analysis given: 20%
