Many organizations have come up with the strategy to make administrators from different cultures to work together. This is to create diversity, but there is need to carry out research on how this strategy will be effective. Research is an important tool to use in any organization. This is because research provides the researchers with information about the issue they are researching about, and also provides ideas so that they can come up with recommendations.
The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of using administrators of a different culture in tackling a task. The research question will be, “does cultural diversity improve the effectiveness of administrators?” the null hypothesis of the research will be “using administrators of different cultures in tackling a situation improves the effectiveness of organizations.” The alternative hypothesis of the research is that “using administrators of different cultures in tackling a situation does not improve the effectiveness of organizations. The research question will in guiding the researchers on the information they will be looking for in understanding the issue they are researching. The hypothesis is the guessed answer to the issue being researched. The hypothesis helps the researchers to come up with a guessed answer which is usually accepted or rejected after the research depending on the results collected.
Research Questions
I. How can we integrate administrators from different cultures?
II. Does incorporating diversity among administrators help the organization?
III. Will incorporating a support system for administrators help persons manage stress?
The above research questions will be answered through observation processes and responses given during a survey process.

Hypotheses
I. Evaluations determine how administrators deal with the integration from different cultures?
II. Incorporating diversity among administrators help the organization.
III. Support systems determine how persons deal with stress.
The above hypotheses have the capacity to be measured through the determining of whether
evaluations, incorporating diversity and support systems have an effect on how persons deal with stress.
Research Plan
The preferred mode of research for this study will be a survey design. The research process is going to involve the determination of how to integrate administrators from different cultures together. The best research type to be used by the researchers is quantitative analysis. This is because quantitative research provides figures and graphs of the data collected by the researchers. Quantitative results can be documented and used for future reference (Creswell, 2013). For example, the number of subjects who have certain information regarding the topic of research can be grouped so as to get the answer which has the highest number of subjects. This will be the right answer to the research question.
The subjects of the sample will be picked randomly so as to avoid biasness in the results collected; only that the subjects must be relevant to the issue under research (Gay, Mills & Airasian, 2011). For example, in case the researchers are looking for information on various issues which make students to strike, the subjects of the sample cannot be people who have never been students. Therefore, for this research the subjects of the sample must be in organizations. Determination of the right sample size will be important. This will be determined by the test which will be used by the researchers. This is whether they will use the t-test or s-test. The most appropriate sample size is 30 subjects.
The best data collection methods which will be used will be interviewing and administering questionnaires. In the case of interviewing the researchers will be able to get first-hand information. The researchers will also to get more information from the facial expressions of the subjects. The questionnaires will be administered to the subjects independently so that there can be no manipulation in the answers provided by the subjects. Manipulation of data is the main challenge the researchers might face, and this will be countered by letting the subjects take private questionnaires (Gay, Mills & Airasian, 2011). The other challenge would be hostility from the subjects, but this will be countered by letting the subjects have their opinions on how the interviewing process should be carried out.
There are several tools which will be required by the researchers. The first tool is a video recorder. This will be used in recording the interviews which will have been administered. This recorded information can be stored for future use. The other tool which will be used by the researchers is a camera. This is for the sake of taking pictures of different environments which are connected to the field of research (Creswell, 2013).
In conclusion, research is fundamental to the development of an organization. This is because there are issues which require to be researched on so that the company can come up with recommendations which will help in improvement of the company’s activities. A research requires a plan which will be used by researchers to avoid mix-up during the research. Researchers also have to identify some of the challenges they might face during the research and come up with ideas on how to counter these challenges.
