Who Declared Americas Independence
Overview: This is a two week lesson which will highlight relevant information pertaining to the Revolutionary War and those who helped take part in establishing America’s independence. The lesson will identify why the founding fathers used their logic to go to war and how others cultures bought in on this new idea of freedom. Each day will contain an activity that will engage the students and promote group discussion. There will be group and individual assignments to assess and gauge the students learning.While there are several activities the entire process is considered to be one lesson with multiple avenues of reaching the children and gaining their attention.
