What went well, what went wrong and why? Is C. elegans a good model organism?

Subheadings for each type of experiments  we performed:

-Culturing C.elegans

– Stages of the life cycle and GFP fluorescence

In each section, describe your result, refer to specific figures as you go, and discuss the success of the experiment or provide any reasons for not getting the result you expected. What went well, what went wrong and why? Is C. elegans a good model organism? This is a good place to discuss what we were able to learn about C. elegans development and expression of genes under the muscle promoter. Conclude with short summary paragraph reitering the overall goals, successes and main findings.
