What sort of experiences, if any, might you have had regarding your participation in an increasingly 24/7 work environment? If you haven’t experienced this yourself, you undoubtedly know one or people who have; talk to them about their experiences. To what degree does information technology of various sorts play a part in enabling this kind of increased connection between work and home life? Does this seem like a good bargain for both the employee and the employer, in your experience? How much choice is there given about the terms of this bargain? Overall, does it seem like a fair arrangement, or would you consider it to be ethically unbalanced?
Discuss your own experiences or those of folks you know in this environment, and how you/they have coped with the potentially conflicting ethical dimensions of these and related issues.
In a short paragraph please answer the following question at the end of the essay.

Why do some people in the US have greater access to technology and to the web and others don’t. Is it geography? Money? Culture? Educational Background? What is the problem?
Is the digital divide just a marketing gimmick for selling computers in less developed countries or am I just being too cynical again?
