What recommendations do you have for improvement ?

As a coding supervisor you are responsible for monitoring the queries generated by the coders.You want to make sure that the queries are written appropriately in regard to content, appropriately worded questions and documentation. Review the sample queries in figures 2-3 through 2-10 and critique the content of each of these queries. And answer all questions that are on paper 1-4
