This week we went over three process design methods – EPC, PetriNet, and BPMN. Please use the BPMN method to design the two process maps following the
two slides in the attached PowerPoint file: 1) Purchase a book from a physical store;
2) Purchase a book online. Follow the symbols and notation of the BPMN method
At a minimum, you can use MS Visio or MS PowerPoint to draw the process maps
