To study the impact of leadership, structure and connectedness on organizational ambidexterity.

Order Description
My Research Paper title is \’\’ A Study of the Antecedents and Consequences of Organizational Ambidexterity \’\’. I have done the introduction and literature review part. The design of the study was a questionnaire distributed to supervisors and their subordinators. The sample size = 20 (Dyadof Subordinate – Supervisor ) working in two public sector organizations in the United Arab Emirates.
The Objective of the Study:
To study the impact of leadership, structure and connectedness on organizational ambidexterity.
To study the impact of leadership, structure and connectedness on organizational performance.
To study the impact organizational ambidexterity on organizational performance.

To study the above three objectives of the study, the following statistics using the SPSS were used to treat the collected data, as:

Cronbach alpha coefficient
It was used to find out the alpha coefficient reliability coefficient of each of the instrument used in this study for the purpose of assessing Leadership, Contextual variables of Structure (ie., formalization and centralization), Connectedness (ie., informal relationships at workplace), Organizational Performance and Organizational Ambidexterity.

Correlational Analysis Pearson Product Moment
It was used to find out the relationships amongst the variables namely, Leadership, Contextual variables of Structure (ie., formalization and centralization), Connectedness (ie., informal relationships at workplace), Organizational Performance and Organizational Ambidexterity.

Multiple Regression Analysis Stepwise and/or Enter method
It was used to find out the relative impact of antecedents on Organizational Performance and Organizational Ambidexterity.

The results will be attached, so what I need is to describe each table and discuss it. as will as to complete the implication section wich will be based on these results.
