Patient 55 year old male was admitted to have a squamous cell carcinoma situated on the left ventrolateral tongue posteriorly measuring 2.5cm removed
History
STEMI. Angioplasty and stent. Patella surgery, seizure 2009, ETOH withdrawal, hypertension, history of 30 per/day cigarette smoker.

Surgical Procedure
Tracheostomy
Left partial glossectomy
Left neck dissection
Free flap reconstruction and mandibular swing

Complications
Developed hematoma of the neck had surgery to evacuate the hematoma.
