In what sense is EMU an incomplete project ?

Could the writer for this order go throw the paper, as i got the score for this paper and it wasn’t good .. So i need the writer to focus on the paper Style, Structure, Content, Argument, Sources as most of quotes in the essay with sources cited but the quotes don’t appear to come from the sources and number of the sources don’t appear to be relevant to the topic. in some cases the articles predate that issue being discussed by at least a decade! and there are many things in this paper ,, which i hope the writer could find it out, and if there is any chance that the paper will be re-write again as i order it from this website and sadly the feedback and score was disappointed ..
