THE BUSINESS IDEA IS A SMART PHONE APP THAT PROVIDES USERS WITH PERSONAL ASSITANCE. ANOTHER STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST PART OF THE MARKETING MIX WHICH I WILL UPLOAD (HIS WORK) ON HERE.

OUR BUSINESS IDEA!!!
Business Idea

The business idea revolves around combining the most popular
personal services simply into one place, an app. The app will play as a prime
platform for users and service providers through which they will be able to
interact with one another in a secure, authentic, and user friendly
environment. All what they need is a smart phone with an Android or an Apple
operating system. The app lists services in a smart, creative, yet easy to use
display for users to list and/or hire a service. The app lists job much like
the UKs widely used Gumtree, but in an Uber or Airbnb style of operation.
Users will also be able to write reviews, provide star ratings, receive
customer care and support. Service providers, on the other hand, will have the
ability to self-build their own profiles as well as include their CVs,
portfolio, specialities, expertise, and endorsements. The apps policies circulate
around security, authenticity, customer satisfaction, and user verification.
The app will prioritize gathering personal details of users and service
providers in a highly secure manner in order to make sure that everything runs
smoothly. Service providers and users will be asked to verify their profiles by
providing their identifications as a mandatory policy. Payments will be made
online through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Quick-pay and PayPal. Each
payment will be completed once the service is approved by both sides. This is
to ensure that both users are satisfied with the app. Should the service be
disapproved by either sides, users will have a guaranteed %100 refund. Services
will include: cleaning, babysitting, concierge, personal training, hairstyling
& makeup, chef, gardening, and pet care. The app providers also plan to
extend their connectivity along with other apps and platforms such as Facebook,
Uber, and Airbnb.
