Create a grocery list for the week to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert foods as well as beverages. Go to your regular store and determine the cost for the organic vs non organic vs sustainable/local products (unless a food is indicated as organic or the location of origin is indicated as local, assume it is not). Create a table of your findings (if products are not available indicate such in place of the cost). Remember to keep unit sizes the same so that comparisons in cost can be determined.
