Order Description

This is an Industry Consulting Project subject that aims to apply theory and learning practical management in an industry relevant operation. Students will utilize their research skills for real and current management issues on an industry relevant operation and experience personal growth through setting goals, establishing schedules, and accepting responsibilities to an organization and to self for project completion.

There are FOUR main assessment areas to complete:
Assessment 1). THE WEEKLY JOURNAL ENTRIES-you will be given the outlines and instructions(examples) on the each week journal entry so you will just need to follow each and everything there. Each journal should be around only 300-400 words long. First week journal is due by tomorrow so please get it done ASAP. There will be around 5-7 journal entries.

Assessment 2). THE PROJECT PROPOSAL-you will also given the instructions and outlines with example so you will just need to complete under its given instructions. (700words)

Assessment 3). THE PROJECT REPORT-this is the main and most important part of the whole project. You will be given the detailed instructions and an example of a strong industry report. This student chose to research and focus on three different areas of the business ( you are only required to analyse/ research one area.) However, I hope that the exemplary assessment will give you a good indication of what is expected both in regards to content and lay out of the report. (3000words)

Assessment 4). PRESENTATION ON THE PROJECT REPORT-15minute delivery presentation. The presentation should provide a summary of the Project Report, by using a formal presentation format outlining conclusions reached on the organisations operations and functioning and suggested recommendations for improvement and changes to be made. The presentation confirms the construction of a report based on the extensive use of field and desk top research devoted to data gathering and analysis of data related to the investigation of an organisation and their ways of working.

The case company to complete all the assessments above is NATURAL STONE LLC. The company is based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The website is www.nstone.mn. Make Up: I was more like in entry level position as an assistance to sales manager in the company for 6 months recruitment June/2016-December/2016. You will need to find out as much as you can on the internet. If you cannot gain access to enough information, please simply make it up as convincing as you can in that business industry.
