In the critique, you will critique research design and methods in regard to qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods. Instructions:  You should prepare a critique of no more than 500 words (2 pages). Follow APA format, with cover page, header, footer and reference (just use the one chosen topic as a reference). Use Arial or Times New Roman 12-point font with double spaced lines. Make sure the critique is plagiarism free. Select an article from the provided list and briefly state the purpose of the research. Articles are attached as PDF files. Pick one for the assignment. Evaluate the research design and methods by answering the following questions (after reading the article): 1 Based on the data and the goal(s) of the research, should qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods of analysis be used and why? 2 Which type of analysis did the author choose to perform (e.g. qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods)? 3 What are some pros and/or cons to approaching the research with the analysis method that the author selected? 4 Could the research be approached with opposite methods? In other words, if qualitative methods were used, could quantitative methods have been used instead, or vice versa?
