Label each step and provide the required information. Then begin a new page for Step 6, the actual feasibility report. Step 1: State your research purpose, as assigned, in one complete sentence. Step 2: Clearly describe what you learned from your mental inventory. Step 3: List six to ten applicable research questions written in complete sentences. Step 4: Explain in complete sentences how you located the BLS Web site, which articles you used from the schools online library, and what information you gathered from each. Step 5: Choose three of the research questions you listed in Step 3. For each one, write three to five sentences, including personal comments that show how you interacted with your material. Explain at least one of the answers you located for each question and use MLA in-text citations for the sources of the information. Step 6: Beginning a new page after Step 5, write your feasibility report following the structure shown in the sample and using the appropriate MLA citation style. Revision and Editing Checklist Before submitting your completed project of Steps 1 through 6, work through the following checklist to help you revise, edit, and proofread your work. 1. Did you label each of the first five steps, providing the required evidence and personal evaluation for each step in the research process? 2. Does Step 1 indicate your purpose? 3. Does your feasibility report for Step 6 fulfill the intended research purpose to assess how feasible it is for you to go into the field of employment that youre interested in? 8. Did you use the Occupational Outlook Handbook on the BLS Web site? 9. Did you use an article from a periodical located at the schools online library? 10. Do you include relevant information about your field of employment? 11. Do you provide sufficient information about your field of employment? 12. Is your feasibility report organized under the headings shown in Step 6? 13. Have you followed proper MLA style for in-text citations? 14. Have you included a proper MLA Works Cited page?
