In your own words, define a centralized organizational structure versus a decentralized organizational structure. How I would you describe your own company? Is it highly centralized or decentralized. How many layers of management are there between you and the top management of your company? What are the strengths of the way your company is structured? What are the weaknesses? What would you change (or keep the same) if you were the CEO in terms of how your company is organized?

In your own words, what is organizational culture? Why is it important? Based on Figure 8.5, Chapter 8 of our e-textbook, define the three levels of organizational culture. Give examples from your own company (or a company that you previously worked for) that illustrate each of these three levels of organizational culture. How important is the organizational culture of your own company to the success (or failure) of your company?
