Human Resources – Workforce Design, Development and Performance

2. I have already commenced the report (saved as Unit 3 Assignment ) and finished the introduction to provide you with the direction of the report. Please return the report back to me in Word format with the formatting as is.

3. The two Human Resources activities within the organisation that is to be analysed and evaluated is Retention and Engagement plus Performance Management.

4. A quick overview – Employee engagement is low across the business due to the push for high performance with minimal regard to employee safety. Employees only stay with the company due to its high wage rates. Performance Management is not effectively managed with new starters as well as non-performers. Probation periods are not monitored and management feels like it can cut corners in the disciplinary process when performance managing an employee.

5. I have included two addendums that should be helpful in providing the analysis, Managing Performance plus Recruitment and Retention. The Harvard intext referencing for both of them is (AHRI 2017). It is already included in the reference list at the end.
