1- It does need some rework.

2- I think you need to cut down the part about the critical incident and discuss more about implementing the change into your future practice.

3- The critical incident is a bit unclear.

4- Talk about how you found him hard to understand so you made assumptions because you weren\’t sure how to communicate-then those assumptions led you to dispense the incorrect medication.

5- I think that you need to have another look at the criteria – the story is only worth 10% so it needs to be brief.

6- You also haven\’t told it in a very professional manner.

7- For example, instead of using \”one Wednesday at noon a man of indigenous background\” say \”a patient presented at the pharmacy with a hospital prescription\”

8- I think you need to go through and just word it more professionally.

I am a student, studying in the first semester of the second year of pharmacy in Australia.
The topics we studied in the first year include:

Now, we have in this semester, practical training in the pharmacy 3 hours/ week for 8 weeks, we are required to write a reflection task, depending on our training at the pharmacy, it should follow these Indicators:
