Instructions
1. Work in pairs or threes (not fours)
2. Students will be given an location of a building, and be told if they are assessing it for counter-terrorism or community crime prevention
3. Visit the site and its neighborhood taking pictures of it and collecting information on it (use the attached guide to note information)
4. Write a report containing the four sections below
5. Students are to make a presentation on their report

My Sections:
Section 3: Risk assessment and analysis
Produce a table of 5 threats/hazards and determine their likelihood, explaining briefly how you derived this (eg based on previous incidents or industry incidents)
Adapt the likelihood table and the consequence table for your site (use the templates below and refer to SSMP, p253)
Place your 5 threats onto a risk table
For 3 threats (you choose which ones), describe how the existing physical security control measures remove or reduce the risks

Section 4: Recommendations for security improvements
Make recommendations for security improvements by producing a list of recommended actions that would reduce the risk to key threats in the form of the Deliverable 3 (SSPM, p85)
