Do the primary sources support the historians (Capecis and Wilkersons) argument that circumstances at home during World War II changed the expectations of African American and white workers?

This essay assignment (3-4 typed pages) asks that you demonstrate historical methods of interpreting and evaluating primary sources in answering a central question of Hollitzs chapters. No outside research is permitted and the majority of appropriate primary sources available in each of the chapters must be used.
