Hello.I am looking for a tutor with Engineering in Telecommunications to help me with my final year project.We are at the initial stage of Topic Submission.I want you to send through the handshake message a topic you think is implementable, that we can work through together upto April 2017. What I need now is the Topic, a 1 paragraph abstract, and a 1 paragraph proposal on implementation including a rough estimate on the cost of components.Any idea is viable as long as it SOLVES A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING PROBLEM!
