Using a concept map, examine the interconnectedness of the interpersonal side of conflict resolution. Use a specific conflict situation. Bring in supporting evidence from the texts you have read, including the article that you selected and read for this week. How did the absence or presence of the ideas in the sources factor into the outcome of the conflict? Did the different parties involved in the conflict use these ideas differently? For example, one member was willing to be vulnerable and another was not. Compare and contrast these contextual behaviors and conflict factors to look for patterns. Use the findings from this analysis and concepts from the readings to propose two alternative resolutions for each dysfunctional or conflict situation
