Effectiveness of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) in mental health counseling for treating alcoholism

Half of this paper needs to be written as a literature review. All the information (from sources I provide and additional ones the writer finds) that state how it has been used, where it has been used and the results of using that therapy. After the literature review the next portion needs to be a discussion about what I learned from this research and how this would effect my counseling of clients. How I can utilize and apply the information to make me a better Mental Health counselor. I would like my textbook for the class used as one of the sources. All other sources must be from scholarly works or juried professional journals from within the past 10 years.
