In fact, the rate of new infections among Black, white, and Hispanic women continue to outpace that of injections drug users, with Black women becoming infected at a rate four times higher than their White or Hispanic Counterparts.

Analyze this trend and identify the co-factors that have made it more risky to be a women than to inject drugs when it comes to HIV.
