You remain capable of acquiring and of adapting to the educational process. Everything that you have learned before returning to school will serve you well. Instead of despairing about what you may not know with hard work and a reliance on the skills and knowledge that put you where you are today (p. 24).
You have been reviewing personal and professional accountability and ethical principles in nursing. Within your practice as an RN, how do the two (accountability and ethics) work hand in hand? Describe at least two specific examples.
Every student should be able to identify their strengths and limitations in certain courses and content areas. By identifying areas of improvement as you work through the program, you can focus on how to build your skills prior to taking your final course. What areas do you feel are your strengths and where do you feel there is room for you to improve and grow? Discuss at least one example of each.
