How are malware unethical?

I have already written A3 for this assignment and I need you to extend, revise on it and follow the instruction on A4 handout. I will attach my A3 and A4 handout for you. I am trying to argue that Malware are unethical and there is urgent need for more effort to try to stop them on the web.
