The police leave a car sitting in a parking lot with the keys in the ignition and the driver side door open. The defendant walks by, sees the car door is open, gets into the vehicle and drives away. As he was driving away the police stop him and charge him with motor vehicle theft. Does the defendant have a good entrapment defense?
